Branches Operations

AFPA Nigeria’s commitment to excellence is reinforced at the state level through our well-defined Branch Operations. Our Branch Operations Policy provides a structured framework for establishing, governing, and administering AFPA Branches across all 36 states of Nigeria. Each branch functions as an extension of the national body, promoting professional financial analysis, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives within its respective state.

Governance & Management Structure

  • Branch Secretariat:
Every state is equipped with a dedicated Branch Secretariat that acts as the local representative of AFPA Nigeria. This branch is managed by an Executive Committee (EXCO) reporting directly to the Registrar at our National Headquarters (HQ).
  • Executive Committee (EXCO) Composition:
The branch EXCO is composed of:
    • Branch Chair:
    • Branch General Secretary:
    • Branch Advocacy & Publicity Officer: Branch SFA/SFP Coordinator:
    • Branch Financial Advisor:

Interim Arrangements

In states without a designated Branch Chair, the most proximate state EXCO assumes responsibility for administration, ensuring continuous oversight and reporting to the National Secretariat.
